B & F Gestión y Salud is a consultancy firm specifically dedicated to the management and organisation of healthcare. With its head offices in Vitoria-Gasteiz (Álava), its main service lines are as follows: international consultancy in the field of healthcare reform; strategic plans and management consultancy for healthcare institutions; the management of illness and healthcare economy; and implementation of ABC costing systems in hospitals.

In order to provide integral solutions for its customers within the sphere of TPM and Improved Operational Efficiency, LKS upholds a partnership agreement with Allegro Systems-MRO for Spain and Portugal on MÁXIMO software.

MÁXIMO is an international standard in management software for Maintenance and Asset Control, being the market leader with over 10,000 systems implemented in numerous sectors: energy, automotive industry, defence, transport, telecommunications, food, capital goods, pharmaceuticals… Based on a modular system, it allows for the implementation in different stages of the following: corrective and preventive maintenance, management of equipment and installations, work orders, warehouses, purchases and staff, amongst others.
