LKS SELECCIÓN Y FORMACIÓN, S.L. is an organisation that was created in 1998 as a joint venture between LKS Consultores and TSI Consultores in order to optimise the resources of both companies and provide an enhanced service in the recruitment of staff, the hiring of executives and their training. Its innovative nature is reflected in the introduction of new approaches, such as the Candidates’ File in staff hiring, a data bank that is permanently updated by means of various recruitment channels. Training, too, provides a comprehensive service, whereby LKS Selección y Formación manages the Training Record of all the customer’s employees through a special software application. Amongst other functions, it drafts the report customers use to submit to the auditors in those companies certified to ISO-9000. Furthermore, customers may access their file in this application via the internet.
