Within this context, at LKS we have developed a series of Strategic, Global and Integrated Solutions (Ss) in order to provide our customers with a full service cycle, centred on 4 well-defined cores, which combine the organisation’s internal know-how, and which through their interconnection uphold the edifice of a true Integrated Enterprise. Furthermore, we have developed that service offer, customising it and verticalising it by Sectors through Strategic Marketing Groups (SMGs) within a manifest policy of Customer-focus (Pull).
The 4 strategic cores we are referring to are:

These Integrated Solutions are achieved through the introduction of Integrated Strategic Projects based around these 4 processes, or more global sPlans, which undergo a full cycle of Service: beginning with the preparation stage on the Road Map that points the way to the desired goal, followed by the Design stage, passing through Implementation and finally ending up with Consolidation and Fine-tuning. Given that they are complex and strategic projects, each one of these phases is accompanied by a process of Change Management which at any given moment contains differentiated aspects of Strategic Guidelines, Leadership, Individual Involvement and Empowering Tools.
In view of the strategic nature of these projects, and in order to pave the way for knowledge-sharing on the situation with the customer, we work with a methodology that uses Pre/guided diagnoses to enable us to obtain a true picture of the status of the strategic process in the organisation and so draw up a Road Map on the evolution of this process over the coming years.
